Julie Tattersall is a Senior Advisor at TorQuest. She focuses on talent and human capital issues working collaboratively with our management and investment teams to align our talent agenda with business goals.

Julie’s early career included roles at Bain & Company and American Express. She has consulted independently for businesses in various stages of development ranging from TripAdvisor’s earliest days to a major MBNA (now Bank of America) product launch. She honed her passion for talent issues as an executive search consultant and subsequently led executive talent acquisition for Barclays’ US credit card business. She currently runs an independent talent advisory practice focused on private equity-backed companies.

Ms. Tattersall earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Duke University. She is certified in the Hogan Assessment Systems.
